In March, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law, allocating $1.9 trillion dollars to help America recover and build back from the COVID-19 pandemic. North Carolina received nearly $18 billion for local governments, fiscal recovery, broadband expansion, small business support, and more.
We invite you to join us for an exclusive* Rural Counts webinar series exploring how ARPA impacts our state and contributes to furthering rural initiatives and the NC Rural Center’s 2021 Advocacy Priorities and North Carolina’s New Small Business Plan.
*This series is offered for Rural Counts, the Small Business Coalition, and Leadership Alumni members only. Not a member? Sign up to be a Rural Counts Advocate or join the Small Business Coalition to be eligible. There is no cost to participate in these membership groups.
