Connect Church 2023 Cohort
Connect Church is a program offered by the NC Rural Center’s Faith in Rural Communities aimed at helping churches renew their faithful witness and connect with opportunities to improve the health and prosperity of their communities. It is funded through the generous support of The Duke Endowment.

Though the state’s rural makeup has changed as North Carolina has evolved, the mission of the NC Rural Center has never wavered. We have always worked to improve the quality of life for rural people in rural places. As the Center celebrates our 35th anniversary in 2022, we draw from what we’ve learned in the past with a renewed dedication to our work today, and Faith in Rural Communities strengthened commitment to building a vibrant future for all of rural North Carolina.
