The North Carolina Rural Center seeks to retain a highly qualified contractor to develop a series of engaging virtual training videos as part of a new digital curriculum, based on existing curriculum materials for our Connect Church program, part of our Faith in Rural Communities Initiative. The selected individual or team will be responsible for co-designing, scripting, recording, and editing high-quality instructional content that supports adult learners. Ideal candidates will have experience in curriculum development, video production, and online learning best practices. This project aims to deliver accessible, user-friendly training that aligns with our mission and learning objectives. The selected individual or team will work closely and collaboratively with the Virtual Connect Program Manager who will serve as the project lead.
The training video series will translate and expand the impact of our current in-person training into an accessible, user-friendly digital format that aligns with the program’s physical curriculum content.
