Faith in Rural Communities

  • Faith in Rural Communities, an ambitious faith-based community development program, begins its work with United Methodist rural churches supported by a gift from The Duke Endowment.
  • Following the completion of an 80-county rural road trip, the Rural Center launched its first-ever “Rural Day” to highlight and showcase the many champions, issues, and opportunities that exist in every corner of the state. The Rural Day event evolved into today’s annual “Rural Summit.”
